ABT Day Twenty-Two

Today was a very good day! Amanda had yoga, and then had Melissa Bowman for technique and Amanda McKerrow for pointe. She loved both of these classes and had a great morning! After lunch, she had variations and choreography.

While Amanda was taking classes, I decided to go back to the Times Square area and walk around. It was very crowded as usual, but it was nice to be able to see the sights.

Then, I decided to take the subway and get off at 34th Street, and go back to Macy's--the scene of the crime where I hurt my foot. I limped over close enough to the entrance to see that the offending culprit (the barrier) that I had tripped over two weeks ago, was now gone!
I entered the store and browsed for a while. It escaped my notice before that there are three Starbucks inside Macy's--in addition to an Au Bon Pain, Ben and Jerry's, Auntie Annes, McDonalds, and a nicer Macy's restaurant in The Cellar. I didn't end up eating there--but there were surely many options.
Soon, I went home and spent some time resting my foot and writing the blog before it was time to meet Amanda.

After Amanda was done with her classes, we went to Cosi for dinner. It was a nice casual place to eat and we enjoyed our time there. I believe there is a Cosi in northern Virginia in the Reston area.
We hope that you had a good day too!

Beth and Amanda
